Barbara H. Rycus, 87, of Sedona, died Oct. 6.
A resident since 1983, she was the owner and operator of Rycus Corners, a unique stationery and gift shop in the Village of Oak Creek.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Denise Batdorf-Rycus.
She is survived by her husband Mel Rycus; daughter Sherry [Jon] Calderone; and grandchildren Tracy Hooker, Corbin Batdorf, Brandon Calderone and Trevor Calderone.
A small private memorial for immediate family will be held in Sedona. Donations in her memory are suggested to Make-A-Wish Foundation.
