Donald A. Gage, DDS, 67, of Sedona, died Sept. 1.
He graduated from dental school at the University of Southern California. In 2005, he opened his dental practice in the Village of Oak Creek. He was a gourmet cook at heart, and loved camping and boating.
He is survived by his wife, Susann Terry-Gage; children, Courtnee East, Joshua Gage and Taylor [Cody] Gage; two grandchildren; two sisters; a brother; and his father.
